If your artwork arrives and is the incorrect item or damaged, you have 7 business days from the date it was delivered to return your item in its original condition and packaging. Due to being a small self owned business, I am unable to offer refunds and returns past 7 days.
 

To be eligible for a return, you must contact us at info@bulbabunny.com before sending your items back. Your items must be in the same condition that they were received and must be in the original packaging.
 

To complete your return, I require a receipt or proof of purchase. I may also require pictures of the items if they arrived incorrect or damaged.
